Process Information & Booking Policy
To move forward with reserving space in my schedule, here is some important information you need to know! Please note, if you are inquiring about Memorial Flower Preservation, please contact me specifically through my contact tab. That process is a little different.
I only preserve flowers for the project ordered, if I have leftover flowers after the pieces are completed they will be given back at time of delivery. Please consider this when ordering! It does cost me time and resources to preserve the flowers and my time is valuable. This is why it is best to invest in your preservation to ensure you save your florals the way you would like
Minimum: All custom wedding orders carry a $150 product minimum.
Limited Availability: I only accept a limited number of clients per week and many couples book in advance. I suggest scheduling with me as soon as possible prior to your wedding date. 2-6 months is generally suggested, as I do have a limited amount of emergency spaces!
Shipping is an option for brides that do not live near me, the customer is responsible for shipping cost to Jasper, GA. (Depending on your area prices vary, please research your shipping cost before booking.)
If you have keepsakes from your special day such as, handkerchiefs, jewelry, pins, or any memorabilia attached to your florals you would like used in your pieces please specify. If not these items will be saved aside for you.
Already dried florals can be used in your pieces! So if you have those anniversary or a wedding from a month or so ago It can still be done! (Some items may be limited for already dried florals)
Bridal bouquets make a decent amount of items, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnières and table flowers are always welcome, more the merrier!
Processing Times: Total processing time can take an average 6-24 weeks depending on the number and type of items ordered, mold availability and time of year. This is just an estimated time frame. Resin cannot be rushed and I am only one person so process times can differ. My quality will never be compromised due to rushing. Many items are poured into several layers which can take some time. This is a tedious job that involves chemistry and detailed practices!
Retainer: You will be required to pay a $150 (Non refundable) retainer fee upon reserving your date on my schedule. Failure to pay the retainer within 5 business days will result in the cancellation of your reservation. This does go towards your final total. A $150 product minimum is required. Any amount remaining will be due before your wedding day.
Please have a final decision on items 30 days before your wedding date. A final invoice will be sent 30 days prior. For last minute reservations, invoices will need to be paid in full within 2 weeks of flower drop off.
Balance: Final balance is due 7 DAYS before your wedding day or 2 weeks after your wedding date ONLY if a last minute booking.
Failure to pay the full invoice amount within the appropriate timeframe, your date will be canceled in my books. Please arrange finances accordingly, payment plans are available upon request.
Other Custom Order Policy
Effective immediately, I will be taking a deposit on all custom orders at the time of drop off of your materials. Doing this ensures I am paid for my time and material. It takes me an average of 1-3 hours to process flowers or even breastmilk. I have had a few situations of invoices staying outstanding for months and this is not fair to me or my business. I am a one woman team and this is my livelihood. Please only submit an order form if you are serious about placing an order with me.
This deposit will depend on your order total. For LAST MINUTE WEDDING BOUQUET’S ONLY, my order minimum and deposit is $150. This will be collected at the time of drop off of your flowers. If someone is dropping off your flowers for you please ensure they have the payment with them. Preparing and taking apart flowers sometimes takes my entire work day, it is only fair to me that I am paid for this time, along with the materials to do so.All invoices must be paid in FULL before I start pouring resin. My material is ordered as soon as your bill is paid because all of my work is made to order.
For all inquiries please go through my website. I WILL NOT communicate or take orders through social media messages. Things get lost and I do not use this as my main form of contact. For my website submissions, PLEASE PLEASE check your inbox within the next business day. There are several occasions where I hear that they did not hear from me. Please check your spam folders as well. I always get back to every submission. If you do not see my email please email me directly. All of this information is found on the front page of my facebook and website. If i have not heard back from you after 10 days i will be moving all emails to my archive. Shipping & Handling: A flat rate shipping & handling cost will be included in your invoice. Please request this at your final invoice time. Local orders will be arranged for studio pickup (Jasper).
Please remember, I do not pour resin until the invoice is paid fully.
